Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, no refunds will be issued for work that has been started, delivered, or completed. This includes websites, social media content, marketing strategies, or live streaming consultations.
All projects require an upfront deposit to secure your booking and initiate work. Deposits are non-refundable as they cover planning, setup, and initial creative development.
If you request to cancel your project before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding administrative or consultation fees). This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If a project is delayed due to client inaction (e.g., late content, feedback, or communication), BrightCo reserves the right to reschedule or place the project on hold without refund.
We aim for satisfaction and offer revision rounds on all deliverables. If you’re not happy with the direction, we encourage open communication early on so we can realign before final delivery.
Once a consultation session or training has been booked and delivered, it is considered used and non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible with 24 hours’ notice.
